House painting his way through college, Brad earned an engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1988. Almost immediately after graduation, Brad knew how to apply the technical skills he'd learned in college to his newly minted "Olney Painting" company. Establishing strong client relations was at the forefront of his mind which led to several recurring clients. These clients recognized what has remained true to this day; both Brad's work ethic and person-ability were consistent and trustworthy.
A handful of years working for a family-owned tiling company combined with purchasing and remodeling four houses for himself and his family revealed to Brad (and those close to him) that he was very proficient at a top-to-bottom renovation. Over a dozen remodels since the switch from "Olney Painting" to "Olney Contracting" in 2018, he hasn't looked back.
Ryan olney
After receiving his B.B.A. at Plymouth State University, Ryan joined the team full time in 2017. Years of assisting his father renovate the homes in which they lived, he advocated for the change from "Olney Painting" to the all-encompassing General Contracting business he knew they were capable of. Five years later, Ryan has established connections with reliable sub contractors and clients alike. With growth of the business at the forefront of his mind, strong personal relationships and attention to detail are just a few of the attributes that Ryan brings to the team.
